Dated: 31.05.2024. The Director General Agricultural Research (DGAR)  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. M. Abdul Rauf, Visited the ARI, Mingora-Swat. The DGAR was briefed about the ongoing R&D activities at the Institute. He visited the research field along with the Officers/officials and discussed the field experiments with the concerned officer/s.

Further, the DGAR along with the Director, PRO Horticulture and Incharge GPU, Malam visited the newly established GPU, Malam. He was briefed on the progress and issues pertaining the GPU. The DGAR appreciated the concerned Researchers for their indefatigable work in the establishment of the GPU. Later on, the DGAR off to Kalam Summer Station along with the PRO Horticulture, Incharge and concerned Researchers. He inspected the research fields: Orchards, Potato field and Kidney Beans. The DGAR took keen interest in the field and suggested further improvement in the R&D activities in the Kalam Summer Station.
